Are you ready to make a real impact by supporting our delivery teams and enhancing our service? We are looking for a Group Delivery Administrator, to play a key role in ensuring smooth access to our Interactive Online Workshops (IOWs) and in-person sessions for all learners.

Are you ready to make a real impact by supporting our delivery teams and enhancing our service? We are looking for a Group Delivery Administrator, to play a key role in ensuring smooth access to our Interactive Online Workshops (IOWs) and in-person sessions for all learners.
Daily duties will include:
- Manage IOW bookings, ensuring a smooth process for users.
- Handle Adult Education Budget (AEB) enrollments and respond to learner inquiries.
- Oversee attendance logs, bookings, and rebooking of cancellations.
- Collaborate with Vocational Trainers and Area Managers to promote IOW usage.
- Use Eventbrite for managing bookings and generating reports.
We’re looking for an organised and efficient individual with the following skills and experience:
- Previous administrative experience within a Training organisation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of delivery models and funding regulations.
- Enthusiastic about delivering excellence and improving processes.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying areas for enhancement.
- Proficient in business systems with a passion for their development.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic work environments.
