Team - Vitality Programme

Working Pattern - Hybrid - 2 days per week in either the Vitality Bournemouth or Stockport Offices. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:

To support the Vitality Programme Reporting Manager in all areas relating to the development and execution of MI & BI assets relating to the Vitality Programme in the UK and across global partner markets.

Key Actions

  • Maintain a set of reporting dashboards and evolve these over time
  • Perform data analyses on UK and partner market data and perform ad-hoc analysis of high quality, within tight timescales
  • Understand and support UK and partner market data requirements
  • Participate in organisation-wide activities to build data assets
  • Ensure flow and storage of data is relevant to ongoing analytics
  • Undertake data analysis to understand and solve global Vitality engagement issues
  • Augment other data analytics efforts related to Vitality outside of global partner markets
  • Work in a team context to design, test and implement initiatives related to data engineering and data quality

What do you need to thrive?

  • Computer Science, Informatics or Data Science degree/diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (data analytics), ideally in similar environments (financial services)
  • SQL (intermediate)
  • Power BI (intermediate) or similar experience
  • Data Engineering in complex environments, including on platforms like Databricks
  • Excel (intermediate)
  • Data Warehousing
  • Data Quality Management
