About the Role

As our new Data & Reporting Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our data-driven transformation. 

Working closely with our Head of Technology, Development Manager, and IT Business Partner, you’ll ensure the right data is in the right hands at the right time.

This is more than just a reporting role — it’s about unlocking the full potential of data to drive performance, innovation, and client satisfaction across the firm.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver insightful dashboards and business reports using Power BI and SQL.
• Translate business needs into tangible data solutions.
• Champion data literacy across teams, helping colleagues integrate data into their daily decision-making.
• Maintain and enhance our reporting environments.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate on strategic projects like CRM and customer insights.
• Upskill team members in Power BI and future reporting tools.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in Power BI, SQL scripting, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience in data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and modern IT systems.
• Solid understanding of data security laws and protocols.
• Experience in the legal sector is a plus.

Desirable:

• Experience with Proclaim case management system.
