We're currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant - Zero Hours to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

As a Customer Services Assistant - Zero Hours, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
  • Being knowledgeable about the food service and helping customers with natural service
  • Representing Universities and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Handling cash and operating the cash register
  • Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations
