Description
Reporting into the House Manager you will be the one of the first points of contact for the Mountain Warehouse and support in the day to day running of a very busy office. You will provide daily support to the business and ensure the efficient running of all operations. We are looking for a passionate, hands-on, multi-talented individual who will grow with the company.
This role is 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), in our London, Victoria head office.

You will provide daily support to the business and ensure the efficient running of all operations. We are looking for a passionate, hands-on, multi-talented individual who will grow with the company.
This role is 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), in our London, Victoria head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Having a flexible work ethic with a can-do attitude. With the ability to help House Greeter at reception and House Manager with day to day tasks as and when required. This will include:
- Operating a busy phone system and screening calls.
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Organize all incoming and outgoing courier deliveries, log consignments and distribute.
- Reconcile credit notes and invoices for monthly payments and company credit cards
- Dealing with and forwarding high priority mail - managing the incoming and outgoing courier bookings
- Managing a busy inbox and responding to queries as necessary
- Booking domestic and international travel and accommodation for both head office and remote based staff
- Taking responsibility for organisation of a busy post room.
- To ensure the house is stocked at all times. Responsible for a weekly audit of office supplies i.e. stationery, consumables etc.
- Assist with H&S for the office i.e. first aider, fire alarm / drill management
- Adhoc administration as the business demands
- Responsible for placing lunch orders and refreshments for key internal and external meetings.
- General administrative support including maintain meeting rooms to ensure we maintain a high level of cleanliness across the house.
- Supporting with office events, and catering
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Excellent communications skills
- A high level of organisation
- Excellent time management
- Ability to organise own workload effectively
- Good attention to detail
- A flexible ‘can do’ attitude is essential
- An approachable friendly persona is vital
