Job Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at Southampton Solent University. This role is all about delivering excellent service to students, staff, and visitors while supporting both front and back-of-house operations.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
Contract: Full-time

- Provide outstanding customer service across food and retail services
- Support basic food preparation and service of menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all working areas
- Ensure health, safety, and food safety standards are followed at all times
- Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team to deliver a smooth and efficient service
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A team player with good relationship-building skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering a high standard of service
