The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Advisor in our Large Business Public Sector team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – supporting them from contract signature through to their energy goals. You’ll play a key role in helping them navigate their energy journey with confidence and clarity.
This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home or our #Exeter office at Gadeon House
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values ideas and continuous improvement. Whether resolving a billing query or guiding a customer through their account, you’ll help deliver a seamless experience that reflects EDF’s commitment to service and sustainability.

- Customer Service experience within a commercial environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A calm and considerate approach to customer interactions
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Responding to written and phone enquiries from large public sector clients
- Providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Maintaining detailed records and ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting customers in understanding their energy contracts and services
