CUSTOMER SALES EXECUTIVE
This is a Fixed Term contract for 3 months
Hours: 37.5 hours average per week Shift pattern: an 8 week rota , 7.5 hour shifts between 08:00- 20:00, with 1 weekend day a month. Salary: £22,503per annum (£11.54ph) plus PRP bonus Location: Remote (our office is based in Norwich)
All training and work is remote
Start Date : 02.12.2024
You will need to be able to commit to 2 weeks training Monday to Friday 09:30 - 16:30
For this role, you need 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download internet speed

THE ROLE
Whatever is the opposite of a cold call, that's what we do.
You will be engaging with our members providing exceptional service and support, receiving enquires and exploring additional requirements. The role requires giving our customer needs based assessments to advise on the best possible alarm solution, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, making outbound follow-up lead calls. This requires working closely with all departments in C365 while ensuring that quality and accuracy is maintained throughout.

On a day to day basis you will be
- Managing and converting lead generated inbound and outbound calls
- Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalised sales solutions
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
- Up-selling additional products and services
- Existing customer engagement and service management
- Being a role model within the team & showcasing the five Appello values
- Actively looking at new ways to improve customer journey.
