Your Mission:
- Connect with customers, fact find to identify the reasons why they are leaving Scottish Power.
- Active listening to the customer giving them the best advice based on their needs.
- Try to retain the customer, upselling all the benefits that Scottish Power have to offer.
- Sales enthusiasts with great telephone communication.
- Listening and questioning skills to navigate through any objection.
- Be able to thrive in high pressure situations and have a passion for exceeding targets.
