That’s why we need a Customer & Operations Support Administrator who’s sharp, switched on, and ready to keep pace with our high-energy environment.
This isn’t your typical admin job. There’s no clock-watching here—just variety, challenge, and a chance to make a real impact every single day.
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing (It’s Non-Stop—in a Good Way):
🔄 Handling a high volume of customer enquiries by phone and email—professionally and efficiently
🛒 Processing customer orders accurately and fast—speed and precision are everything
💬 Preparing and sending quotes—attention to detail is a must
📊 Using our CRM to track quotes, follow up, and stay on top of it all
🔄 Managing returns and ensuring smooth resolutions
🧾 Creating pro forma invoices and managing admin tasks that keep everything flowing
🤝 Working directly with customers and internal teams to keep operations running like clockwork

📞 A confident communicator—clear, professional, and friendly, whether it’s a call or email

Experience in a fast-paced admin, customer service, or operations role—ideally in a similar high-volume setting
