As a Remote Resort and Cruise Planner, you'll help clients craft their dream getaways from cruises and flights to hotels and activities. No experience in travel? No problem! Well provide all the training and support you need.
What You'll Do:
- Chat with clients to uncover their ideal trips and help make them happen!
- Assist in designing and booking every aspect of their journey: flights, hotels, cruises, and more!
- Give tailored recommendations on the best destinations, activities, and accommodations, personalized to clients needs and budgets.
- Keep an eye on the hottest deals, trends, and must-visit spots, so our clients get top-notch options every time.
- Ensure every detail is perfect, with confirmations and itineraries that clients can count on.
- A great communicator with a knack for customer service
- Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling tasks
- Familiar with basic computer tools like Microsoft Office (we'll teach you the rest!)
- Excited to work both independently and within a collaborative team
- Open to learning new tech and processes, and adaptable to the digital world
- Happy working from home and creating your own schedule
- Previous experience is cool, but not required
