Your Responsibilities
- Loyalty Programme Management: Leads the Lacoste Membersloyalty programme, driving strategy, engagement, and omnichannel activations toelevate customer retention and premiumisation.
- Retail and partner network management: Enhance the customer experience, improvingcustomer knowledge and developing customer-centricity: data collection,enrichment, analysis sharing, and recommendations. Define key CRM KPI's andpartner with retail and partner networks to drive success.
- Campaigns & Communications: Plans and executesmulti-channel CRM campaigns (Email/SMS/Wallet), ensuring tailored offers,customer targeting, and brand consistency.
- Insights & Data Strategy: Manages CRM database, segmentscustomer data, and delivers insights to support VIP engagement, campaignperformance, and business growth.

Your Profile

- Retail & CRM experience: Background in premium/luxury retail with hands-on CRM, loyalty, and clientelling expertise.
- Event-ready: Confident planning and delivering activations and VIP events.
- Analytical & tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and data reporting.
- Strong communicator: Clear, confident, and customer-focused in both written and verbal English.
- Collaborative & solutions-driven: Builds strong relationships and thrives in problem-solving.
