Creative Photo/Videographer - Manchester

Job DescriptionAre you a creative visual maker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for sports? At MatchWornShirt, we’re looking for a Creative Product Photographer / Videographer who can capture our unique match-worn shirts in the best possible way — both in photo and video.

Based in our new build studio in Manchester, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality product photography and videos that excite sports fans all over the world. You’ll also contribute to campaign visual ideas and support the marketing team with video edits when needed. This is a dynamic role for a visual talent who lives and breathes sports.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality product photos and videos of match-worn shirts in our studio in Manchester.
• Produce visual content for our website, auctions, and — when relevant — for campaign visuals.
• Build, maintain, and optimize our studio setup (lighting, camera, background).
• Ensure a consistent visual style, including lighting, color correction, and composition.
• Collaborate with the creative team on ideas for new visual content.
• Support the marketing team with video editing for social media or promotional use, when needed.
• Help maintain and improve our visual guidelines.
  
  

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of experience in product photography and (basic) videography.
• Experience with studio lighting, camera setups, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create high-quality visual content.
• A structured and detail-oriented working style, with a mindset for improving efficiency and quality.
• Affinity with sports or sports apparel is a plus.
• Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in Manchester on a daily basis.

Our Procedure Consists Of The Following Rounds

• Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min)
• Online interview round 1 (± 45-60 min)
• In-person skills assessment (± 120 min)
• In-office interview round 2 (± 45-60 min)
  
  

Before the in-office interviews we request every candidate to complete a personality questionnaire, which gives us insight as to how your personality could add value to the team.
