We are now on the lookout for a customer-focused CPD Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Southampton!
This is a part-time (15 hours/week) and temporary (6 months) role that offers the chance to join a global IT engineering company with nearly 27,000 employees worldwide. You will also benefit of flexibility in terms of working schedule.
As a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our outreach efforts-specifically by targeting consultants and other key professionals-improving course attendance, and strengthening client relationships.
What kind of work will you be doing?
- Organise and arrange all thermal and power CPDs, this will include managing diaries of the sales and application engineering teams.
- Reaching out to new and existing customers.
- Booking and arranging the CPD.
- Following up with certified certificates and a few other admin support activities for the telemarketing team.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of CPD courses in person and online.
- Make contact by telephone with specifically targeted customers, a warm database.
- Arrange for the sending of appropriate introductory emails, invites and sales meetings.
What do we need from you?
* Must have excellent telephone manner, be confident and have strong communication and customer service skills.
* Strong ICT Knowledge - Outlook, Word, Excel, and using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
* Team working in a sales-oriented environment.
* Effective time management.
