Job Introduction

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shift pattern of 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm or 10am - 7pm
  • On call shift once every 4 weeks providing out of hours cover (including weekends)
  • 40 hours per week
  • £52,000 Per Year + on call allowance
  • Based on site at an Iconic Landmark Building
  • Travel to offices at Exeter, Salisbury and Bristol once a month

HVAC Engineer

About The Role

  • Look after HVAC systems, fan coil units, and BMS Systems
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and related building services, such as HVAC, fire alarm systems, and lifts, to ensure optimal operation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
  • Use of IT systems (Handheld device)
  • Ensure all maintenance work adheres to relevant health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating Sub Contractors (when required)

What We're Looking For

  • City and Guilds/NVQ Level 1,2,3 qualification in Electrical
  • Good Knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Experience of PPM, Reactive and installation work
  • Good computer skills (MS office, PDA's etc)
