Key Responsibilities

Job Summary and key responsibilities

Database Administration

• Ensuring that all CRE data is kept up to date
• Inputting all new lease etc. with Surveyor support
• Producing ad-hoc reports
  
  

Landlord Repairs

• Working with Facilities to ensure that repairs that are identified as the responsibility of our landlords are chased up.
• Helping to keep database of works up to date
  
  

Business Rates

• Working with Dunlop Heywood in filling in VOA requests
  
  

What Are We Looking For

• Broad administrative experience.
• Ability to look at matters in detail
• Experience of database management would be a positive.
• Some measure of assertiveness in dealing with landlords would also be required.
• The role is home based and therefore the candidate needs to be able to effectively motivate themselves and manage their time well. We are a small team that is growing quickly so being flexible and wanting to be involved is a must.
• This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to get involved in commercial property regardless of age or experience. It would equally suit someone who is just entering the job market as much as someone who is returning from a career break or just fancies a change.
