Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week 9:30am-6pm Monday to Thursday / 9:30-5:30 Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all visitors in a professional and personable manner
- Efficiently and courteously handle all incoming calls for the client’s business
- Respond to queries while strictly adhering to security protocols
- Supporting various departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and visitor and meeting room scheduling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery
- Preparing space for client meetings
- Conduct regular floor walks to ensure the client floor is at a high standard
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, including sorting and distributing mail efficiently
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a corporate office environment, ideally serving high-end clientele
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in both fast-paced and calm environments, maintaining high service standards while managing multiple tasks
- Competitive salary: £31,827 per annum
