- Prepare and cook delicious and nutritious meals in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with the team to create menu plans
- Adhere to dietary requirements and restrictions
- Proven experience as a Cook in a similar setting
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in Catering & Hospitality or related field
