We are looking for:
A Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer to work within our production engineering team to identify and deliver process improvements which enhance efficiency, minimise waste and reduce costs across operations. The continuous improvement engineer will work closely with the Site Change Agent to drive the business forward.

The continuous improvement engineer will work closely with the Site Change Agent to drive the business forward.
We count on you for:
- Complying with Safety Standards and holding safety as a high priority in all activities.
- Utilising Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Implementing equipment improvement in a controlled manner using management of change processes.
- Developing and implementing strategies to monitor and minimise waste.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive a continuous improvement agenda.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
- Training and mentoring staff on continuous improvement practices and methodologies.
- Excellent growth and learning opportunities, including six sigma qualifications.
- Encouraging a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values and respects individual differences and backgrounds
- BSc/BEng in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
