Salary: £40,000-£45,000
What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit Continuous Improvement and Process Manager to work alongside the site management team to oversee the site operational excellence programme, training, development and site engagement activities. Streamlining processes, reducing waste, improving product quality and nurturing a continuous improvement culture within the site. Taking ownership of key site metrics to track progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives, driving accountability and ensuring that improvements are sustainable over the long term.
