Key Responsibilities
- Teach your specialism (Brickwork) to learners, ensuring a high-standard of delivery and students achieving to their full potential.
- Guide students and peers with your industry expertise.
- Taking ownership of a programme of study from planning to delivery.
- Maintain industry links to ensure our curriculum remains cutting-edge and relevant to industry trends.
- Utilise appropriate assessment methods to evaluate student performance, ensuring learning and teaching goals are met and recorded accurately.
- Oversee the verification process to maintain the highest standards in course delivery and assessment.
- A Level 3 qualification in your specialism (Brickwork).
- A creative and innovative approach to teaching, with the ability to inspire students at all levels.
- Maths & English at Grade C/4 or above
- A relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one) and experience in curriculum development are highly desirable.
