This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.

About The Role:

OCS Group is seeking professional and experienced Security Guards to join our team at a flagship, state-of-the-art building. This high-profile role requires perfection, professionalism, and vigilance to ensure the safety, security, and seamless operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular physical security patrols to ensure the safety and integrity of the premises.
  • Managing access control and monitoring visitors, staff, and deliveries in line with company procedures.
  • Operating and monitoring CCTV systems (preferred) to identify and respond to potential incidents.
  • Providing a professional front-of-house presence, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.
  • Promptly responding to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, escalating as required.
  • Ensuring all duties and tasks are carried out with precision and attention to detail.
  • Completing accurate and detailed incident reports, maintaining clear records for security operations.


Requirements:

  • A valid SIA licence (SG or DS) is essential.
  • Experience with CCTV systems is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a front-line security role, ideally within a high-profile or corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional at all times.
  • A proactive and vigilant approach with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days and nights), maintaining focus and professionalism throughout.
