With the exciting opportunity for a Complex Need Recovery Coordinator in Kings Lynn, no two days are the same as every person that comes into the service is an individual. Therefore, being flexible, curious and a good listener are key. The right candidate will display the right skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting service users through their treatment/recovery journey
  • Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning
  • Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community
  • Providing advocacy for access to partnership services
  • Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.
  • Deliver structured content within group settings to service users at various stages of recovery.
  • Tailor specific workshops around the needs of the service users, such as: anger management, sleep disorders, relationships, etc.

Skills Required

  • Computer literacy – Essential
  • Strong organisational skills – Essential
  • Not afraid to ask questions – Essential.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding – Essential
  • Access to your own vehicle – Essential
  • Previous Rehab experience – Desirable
  • Previous Mental Health experience – Desirable
