This post is a Secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.

Applications are invited for the Service Manager post within Flintshire / East area MHLD. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated leader to join a passionate and forward thinking team. This post holder will have excellent management and leadership skills and will take a lead role in the development and transformation of services.
This post will have responsibility for the operational management and development of CMHT and LMHPSS within adult and older person’s community services within a County. As well as play a key role within the East area SLT.

- Delivering safe, effective, efficient and high quality community mental health services based around the Mental Health (Wales) Measure and agreed standards.
- Development of recovery working, service user and carer focused services.
- Ensuring effective partnership working between the Local Authority and the Health Board and other statutory and 3rd sector partners.
- Providing and ensuring effective leadership and clinical supervision.
