About The Role
This varied position provides an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives, collaborating closely through internal stakeholder engagement.
As a key and valued member of the team, you will support the Head of Learning & Development in delivering impactful communications and events.

About The Role

As a key and valued member of the team, you will support the Head of Learning & Development in delivering impactful communications and events.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Internal Communications: Writing engaging news articles, manage award nominations, and secure stakeholder approvals.
- Marketing Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our external marketing agency, ensuring smooth collaboration, timely content delivery, and alignment with internal messaging.
- Events & Engagement: Support company-wide events including the charity initiatives, and social activities.
- Learning & Development: Collaborate with the internal training team to promote L&D opportunities and organise wellbeing calendars.
- Early Careers & Apprenticeships: Be a front-facing ambassador for our early careers’ programmes, helping to attract and engage future talent.
- Employee Experience: Drive initiatives that foster a sense of belonging, fun, and connection across the business.
For this varied position, we’re seeking someone energetic, innovative, and ready to bring a contemporary, vibrant approach to internal communications.
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, HR, Event Management, Public Relations, English, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written English and strong proofreading skills to ensure clarity and quality in all communications.
- High energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to inspire and rally colleagues through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, bringing visual flair to communications.
- A modern, inclusive communication style and passion for creating engaging, accessible experiences for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in building relationships and engaging effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities seamlessly.
