Communications Coordinator - 6 Month FTC

Purpose of Job:

You will be part of the Communications function, sitting as part of a wider People function. As part of this role, you will have exposure to both internal and external communications, developing materials that tell the story of CMR & Versius for use across multiple external platforms including social media, events, website, podcasts and press. You will also create internal stories and manage internal channels to ensure employees stay fully informed.

This is a great opportunity to get exposure to a wide range of internal and external communi- cations activities in one of the UK’s most exciting scale up businesses in the surgical robotics space.

Knowledge and Skills required:

You will be a natural communicator and have the following traits and experience:

  • A desire to continue to build a career in communications
  • Excellent writing, project management, planning, and multi-channel communications experience
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to build good relationships across businesses, functions and geographies
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage and work to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of internal and external social media and the latest channels/platforms and how social media can be used to enhance engagement, collaboration and advocacy
  • Proactive with high levels of self-motivation and personal accountability, bringing enthusiasm to team

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent desirable
  • Ideal for an early starter in comms looking to gain internal and external experience in an exciting company
