This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and community. You’ll define how Arm connects with IoT developers, helping them build faster, smarter, and with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategy for IoT Developers

Own the go-to-market strategy for Arm’s IoT developer audience. Identify key use cases and developer segments, create clear messaging, and build plans that help developers get started and scale with ease.

  • Launch Programs and Campaigns

Drive developer-focused programs that introduce new tools, platforms, and content. Collaborate with content, campaigns, and events teams to deliver high-impact launches and sustained engagement.

  • Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with product, engineering, developer experience, and partnerships to align on developer needs, goals, and upcoming initiatives.

  • Grow the Ecosystem

Support and activate partnerships with platforms, tool vendors, and community leaders. Co-create resources and run joint programs that make it easier for developers to succeed on Arm-based solutions.

  • Be the Voice of the Developer

Listen, learn, and advocate for the needs of IoT developers. Use feedback to influence product direction and improve the overall developer journey.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in developer marketing, product strategy, or technical enablement roles
  • Familiarity with IoT developer workflows—especially in areas like embedded systems, edge AI, or connectivity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical ideas
  • A collaborative spirit—you enjoy working with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a desire to support developers at every stage
