As a Cocktail Waiter you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests and members as well as the smooth operational running of the service. Your role will include serving a wide range of beverages, opening and closing the bar and exceeding members’ needs and expectations every time.

As Cocktail Waiter You Will

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks and food menu
  • Take pride in delivering service at the highest quality level
  • Engage with members, get to know our regulars and learn to anticipate their needs
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
  • Works with the kitchen and F&B teams
  • Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests a unique experience

Our Most Successful Cocktail Waiter Has

  • A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
  • Previous experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant/bar environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent service skills
  • Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests
  • Flexibility to support the team across the areas
  • A team player approach

This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights
