Our team design in-house at our Notting Hill studio and we source globally and ethically.
Our first store opened in the iconic Covent Garden, a fashion-forward shopping destination both then and now. In the years since we've grown to include stores worldwide.
We are looking for an Assistant Branch Merchansider to join our Accessorize team. This role ensures we have the right stock in the right location and plays a key part in the commercial success of the brand.

We are looking for an Assistant Branch Merchansider to join our Accessorize team. This role ensures we have the right stock in the right location and plays a key part in the commercial success of the brand.
What will you do as an Assistant Branch Merchandiser?
- Maintain a critical path to ensure key moments are catered for in terms of stock builds and pricing actions
- Develop a strong understanding of reporting and allocation systems
- Ensure location specificities and trading lessons learnt are fed back to the planning and allocating teams to improve the quality and accuracy of future seasons’ allocations
- Market-specific requirements to be analysed, completed and reviewed for future seasons to improve sales and profit
- Communicate weekly with concession partners to ensure lines are going live and they have all the data they need to support trade
- Awareness of the requirements needed to launch products online and working with teams to ensure the end-to-end product onboarding process is seamless
- Check for gaps in PIM (inventory database) and flagging any anomalies to the brand team
- Ensure range plans are maintained and the enrichment process is running smoothly
- Responsible for completing market or branch stock actions for the business
- Management of clearance strategy (old season, international markdowns, etc.)
- Oversee closures, new store packages and maintenance of order wells
- Ensure local market events are analysed and the appropriate stock is built
- Curate and analyse the varying retail portfolio types
- Store, marketplace and warehouse visits, as required
- Review concessions’ websites and seeking sales opportunities
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Articulate communication with the ability to build strong relationships
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making, focussed on providing solutions
- Able to work under pressure using own initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Accurate, flexible, and time-conscious
- Able to work effectively both independantly and as part of a wider team
- Ability to act as role model to junior members of the team
- Strong understanding of Excel
