Fortrea is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Site Monitor to manage and oversee clinical studies at various sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, project plans and company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee study site monitoring and ensure compliance with protocol requirements.
  • Manage site activities, including site initiation, monitoring visits and closeouts.
  • Ensure proper informed consent and patient protection.
  • Perform data integrity checks and maintain study files.
  • Assist with feasibility work, investigator recruitment and vendor coordination.
  • Support senior team members and mentor new employees.
  • Track and report Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) and support quality control efforts.

Qualifications

  • University/college degree or relevant experience in allied health fields.
  • 6 months of experience in a related role (e.g., Site Management, CRA).
  • Basic knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines and the clinical trial process.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
