About The Role

We’re looking for a Client Solutions Specialist to join our Client Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys operating with an innovative mindset, is comfortable working with complexity, enjoys client facing engagement, and who wants to play a key role in shaping the investment solutions we bring to market.

In This Role, You Will

  • Support the development and structuring of innovative fund and broader private markets infrastructure solutions tailored for our clients.
  • Engage directly with asset managers, wealth managers, and other market participants, acting as a trusted partner and technical expert in solution and structuring conversations.
  • Actively contribute to client pitches, pitch materials, and proposals, supporting the Distribution team to win new mandates.
  • Directly support our Distribution function whilst collaborating with teams across the wider business, including, Product, Legal, Operations, and Investment teams to design and deliver scalable capabilities.
  • Research and analyse market and regulatory developments, rapidly building knowledge and applying it to practical solutions.
  • Lead project management of new fund and product launches, ensuring timely execution and strong cross-functional coordination.
  • Contribute to the drafting and review of fund legal documentation under the guidance of senior colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A passion for private markets combined with an innovative mindset. Someone who seeks new and better ways of doing things, has strong technical knowledge and the perseverance to deliver through to completion.
  • Prior experience in fund structuring within asset management, a law firm (fund formation), or similar.
  • Familiarity with European and UK structures (e.g., RAIF, ELTIF, AIF, LTAF).
  • Exposure to semi-liquid vehicles and awareness of related market and regulatory dynamics.
  • Strong technical/legal grounding, applied in an innovative, commercial and pragmatic way.
  • Experience handling client-facing discussions — presenting, simplifying complex issues, managing investor concerns, and building trust.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in new territory and design creative solutions.
  • Project management skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver new product initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
