Your Role...

As a Client Services Executive, you will support the client services team in building and maintaining relationships with our life sciences clients. You will facilitate the delivery of world-class client work; liaising with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, results-driven marketing solutions to support clients in achieving their growth objectives. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, building trusted partner relationships to deliver growth across your client accounts.

Client Services Key Responsibilities...

Client work

  • As a Client Services Executive, you will review all client work to ensure its alignment with client briefs and internal quality standards. You will provide an essential client voice to ensure briefs direct ramarketing’s client work.
  • Participate in a range of client calls, including workshops, account reviews and briefs.
  • Support in the development and delivery of integrated marketing plans, spanning a range of service propositions including digital, content, PR, and design.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, digital, PR) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, maintaining world-class standards.

Client Service

  • Support the building of strong client relationships to nurture and grow your portfolio of client accounts.
  • Support key client service activities for your client portfolio, including the development of integrated marketing strategies, account reviews and client meetings.
  • Facilitate client meetings and workshops, offering sector and technical insight.

Growth Activity

  • Partner with key client stakeholders, utilising your influence and persuasion skills to drive account performance.
  • Your success will see you demonstrate some commercial thinking with ensuring the delivery of innovative, creative client work within your account portfolio.

Support Activities

  • You will support the wider client services team in a range of client activities, including meetings, reviews and briefs.
  • Regularly monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation.
  • Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates to ensure efficient project tracking.

Key Requirements:

Track record

  • Experience within a fast-paced working environment, with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads and tasks.
  • Experience in building and maintaining excellent relationships within a B2B or B2C environment.

Relationship Management

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data/insight into meaningful actions.
  • Ability to communicate complex messages to a range of stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Ability to effectively manage and maintain effective communication, ensuring your work is directed by client timelines and scopes of work.
  • Ability to collaboratewith cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding results in a collaborative environment.

Personal

  • You will be a passionate advocate for delivering growth for your clients.
  • Constantly curious - your ability to approach challenges and opportunities with curiosity to develop genuinely creative solutions for clients.
  • You will be highly motivated by results and achieving goals and will play a key role in ambassadoring this approach to your wider team.
