You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient support for both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include answering phones, providing first-line phone support, managing the inbox, and handling various queries. This role demands a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient support for both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include answering phones, providing first-line phone support, managing the inbox, and handling various queries. This role demands a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you will achieve:
- Take ownership of the system inbox, allocating tasks to yourself and other team members within the same working day.
- Answer first-line queries from internal and external sources ensuring 95% of calls are answered.
- Perform ongoing system maintenance.
- Act on queries within a 72 hour time frame.
- Support account managers in extra works conversion.
- Update client portals.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Assist with invoicing.

Who we are looking for:

- Previous administrative and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Good phone manner with experience in answering high volumes of calls.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Resilient and able to maintain a positive outlook under pressure.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with D365 is desirable
