Job Description
Centre Clerk - UPS Gatwick
What You’ll Get
- £11.44 per hour

- Part-time position, 8-hrs per week, 09:00am – 17:00 (Saturday only)
- Handle customer queries professionally and speedily, both over the phone and face to face
- Be a point of contact for various UPS departments
- Provide customer counter cover – receiving packages that need exporting and assisting with customer collections
- Perform inventory control in holds cage
- Action changes of addresses; future deliveries of packages and ensure packages available for pick-up
- Ownership of damage inspections
- Check returning Packages back into building
- Responsible for securing building
- Polite, professional confident communication skills
- A flexible and friendly attitude
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, time-specific and targeted environment
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Self-motivation, a well-organised approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Any experience in a similar environment would come in handy
