We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottingham to assist with the appointment of a Cleaner, on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £11.59 - £14.51 per hour

Hours Per Week: 25

Responsibilities:

  • The cleaning of the establishment and maintaining high standards in these areas.
  • Maintaining floor surfaces in accordance with the requirements of the Authoritys cleaning and janitorial specification.
  • Attending to and cleaning up after spillages.
  • Clean soft floor coverings and soft furnishings.
  • Deep clean areas on a rotational basis.
  • Assist the Caretaker with flushing outlets in accordance with Legionella regulations.


Qualifications:




  • Knowledge of operating specialist equipment related to the job role.

    • Either possess or have a willingness to gain NVQ Cleaning & Building Interiors Standards Level 2.
    • Willingness to train in hygiene and safety to an appropriate level for the job.
    • Basic awareness of Health and Safety.
    • Related experience of cleaning and using equipment.
    • In working as part of a team in a similar situation.
    • In the use of floor maintenance machines and industrial vacuum cleaners.

    • You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
    • You should have right to work in U.K
