Job Description

Eddie Stobart are currently looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their growing team inBellshill (ML4 3NH).

The role is based on a Morrisons site in Bellshill and will involve Store deliveries and general haulage using a variety of Morrisons and ESL kit. This role may include manual handling. There is also an opportunity to be trained on the Rail side (Containers).

Shifts Available

Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 22:00pm-02:00am start window.Salary:

From £39,504 per annum depending on shift pattern and start time and based on average hours worked of 54 per week and 64 per week for Trampers.

Mon-Fri Days - £14.00per hour (including Meal allowance)Mon-Fri Night Shift - £15.30 per hour (including Meal allowance)Saturday and Sunday Day Shift - £17.00 per hour (including Meal allowance)Saturday and Sunday Night Shift - £17.50 per hour (including Meal allowance)Bank Holidays - £17.81 per hour (including Meal allowance)Qualifications

• 1 years Class 1 experience.
• You should hold a valid HGV 1/C+E Licence, DCPC & Tacho Card.
• No more than 6 points on your Licence with no DD/ DR Code convictions
• Understand and able to comply with Drivers hours and WTD legislation
• Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly
• Should comply with on-site health and safety requirements
• Excellent communication skills
