How You'll Make An Impact

Things you need to know:

  • We are based in Tunbridge Wells
  • Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5
  • Hybrid working options available
  • Salary is up to £25,000
  • We have an ongoing structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful

A bit about the job:

In this role you will be helping customers process a household or property insurance claim through the business. You will also have consistent communication with not only the customers but Loss Adjusters, Insurers and Third Parties. You will be the point of contact for the customer to discuss any update of their claim and all relevant events of the claims journey. You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.

About You

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in household and/or property claims desired
  • Experienced candidates from other areas of claims are also welcome
  • Worked in teams servicing both clients and colleagues; with excellent customer service skills and the ability to support the customer through the entire claims process
  • Evidence your strong rapport-building skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Risk aware with strong planning and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and dedicated customer service focus
  • Desirable Cert CII qualified, having worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA’s
  • Eligible to work in the UK
