Position:

Job Title: Claims and Processing Administrator

Location: Hybrid - 1/2 days per week from our new Derby office (Pride Park)

Salary: £24,285

Working hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00)

We are looking for an experienced, methodical and curious Administration to join our team and be responsible for compliance checking and processing of learner and employer data. Is if you are a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude and a strong grasp of compliance requirements in an education setting, then we want to hear from you!

As a Claims Processing Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of learner and employer data. Your work will directly support our funding submissions and help maintain our excellent track record of <5% error rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify compliance of learner journey paperwork
  • Process ILR (Individualised Learner Record) data with 100% accuracy
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to clarify data issues
  • Support audit activity and implement corrective actions
  • Deliver training on internal and external processes
  • Uphold data security by ensuring all documentation is correctly stored
  • Act as a positive ambassador for Babington, contributing to our mission and values

Requirements:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in administration and data entry
  • Understanding and experience of compliance and ILR requirements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
  • Experience within the further education sector
  • Understanding of government funding rules
  • Level 2 Business Administration or similar qualification
