As a Claims Analyst, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and progressing claims, helping to identify and prevent fraud while ensuring genuine customers receive timely, fair outcomes. As a Claims Analyst, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and progressing claims, helping to identify and prevent fraud while ensuring genuine customers receive timely, fair outcomes. You'll support fraud investigations, communicate directly with customers, and help safeguard our business with clear, confident decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make informed, balanced judgments on the progression and validity of claims
- Conduct investigative interviews with customers when necessary
- Ensure claims impacted by fraud triggers are handled swiftly and accurately
- Submit data for trend analysis and support broader fraud prevention initiatives
- Work towards daily deadlines and service-level targets
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations (FCA, Consumer Credit, DPA)
- Follow Likewize’s data protection and information security protocols
- Experience in a similar analytical, claims, or fraud-focused role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong investigative mindset with the ability to conduct interviews
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to make confident decisions aligned with company policy and customer fairness
- Proven ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong team spirit and a proactive approach to solving problems
