We are seeking a highly capable and delivery-focused Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of the Cifas Vision project -a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing fraud detection and intelligence sharing across our security operations. This role will be pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing technical dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of a secure, scalable, and compliant solution.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and delivery-focused Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of the Cifas Vision project -a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing fraud detection and intelligence sharing across our security operations. This role will be pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing technical dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of a secure, scalable, and compliant solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation review.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders (Security, IT, Legal, Compliance, Data Governance) and external partners (Cifas, vendors, integrators).
- Technical Oversight: Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical feasibility, integration, and data security.
- Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and resource forecasts.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure the solution aligns with regulatory, data protection, and internal security standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including the CSO and programme steering committees.
- Change Management: Support training, communications, and adoption strategies across impacted teams.
- Proven experience delivering complex technical projects, ideally in fraud prevention, security, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of data integration, API management, and secure data handling.
- Familiarity with Cifas or similar fraud intelligence platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification.
- Background in cybersecurity, data analytics, or enterprise architecture.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managing SLAs
