Location: Knutsford, UK (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week onsite)
Contract Duration: 6 months (Subcon-to-Hire possible)
Subcon-to-Hire Terms
Candidate must agree to Subcon-to-Hire conversion process.
Rate remains unchanged after conversion to FTE.

Must-Have Technical Skills
Strong knowledge in CI/CD pipeline setup.
Kubernetes & Docker (hands-on).
Java development (hands-on).
Cloud experience (AWS).
Required Core Skills
Strong hands-on in Java & CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on with Kubernetes & Docker.
Technical troubleshooting.
Requirements analysis.
Site reliability engineering.
Software design & strategic thinking.
Knowledge of IT trends & technology advisory.
Experience in change & transformation projects.
Collaboration & communication skills.
Business acumen.
Problem-solving tools.
Risk & controls in distributed systems.
Applying software engineering best practices in incident response.
