Chief of Staff to the CEOs

The Opportunity
As the Chief of Staff at A-SAFE, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Co-CEOs, enabling them to operate at maximum effectiveness and ensuring the smooth execution of key priorities across the global organization. This pivotal role is responsible for driving operational alignment, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring that the performance cadence of the business is maintained. As Chief of Staff, you will liaise with the executive team of Board Members, Global Functional owners, and subsidiary leaders, to facilitate delivery of strategic initiatives and serve as a critical link between the executive team and the wider organization on day-to-day performance.
In This Role, You Will
Since 1984, A-SAFE has been redefining industrial safety - from inventing the first polymer safety barrier to developing award-winning smart tech like RackEye and CONEK for real-time warehouse insights.
Every product is designed, manufactured, and rigorously tested at our state-of-the-art facilities in West Yorkshire, where we combine deep material science expertise with advanced injection moulding and extrusion techniques to deliver market-leading performance and durability.

In This Role, You Will
- Serve as a key point of contact and confidant for the Co-CEOs, providing strategic insights and ensuring that priorities are effectively executed.
- Establish and maintain a robust performance cadence for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate reporting from global subsidiaries.

- Drive the execution of critical initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead cross-functional projects that support business growth, operational excellence, and innovation.
- Oversee the preparation and follow-up of high-level meetings, ensuring clarity of outcomes and accountability for action items.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency globally.
