We are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Specialist to join our established and experienced Credit Control team here at RSA on a hybrid basis for a 6 Month Fixed term Contract.
Your role
The purpose of this role is to ensure that RSA receives funds from businesses and customers within expected timescales, challenging both internal & external stakeholders to remove barriers to payment and maintaining accurate records in order to minimise financial risk and bad debt to RSA.
You will be responsible for personal ownership of your own portfolio of broker accounts to achieve collection targets whilst building solid relationships with internal & external customers/partners.
About You
You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a good background in either Credit Control / Account Management or Customer Service.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and will take pride in effectively managing a portfolio of Broker accounts while ensuring timely payments and swift resolution of queries. Your ability to enhance the customer experience, even when dealing with outstanding debt, sets you apart.
You will be comfortable partnering with stakeholders across the business to flag at-risk accounts and manage potential credit risks.
