Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with a Public Sector Organisation in London which is looking to recruit a Challenging Inequalities Project Manager on an interim basis for 2 months initially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the Challenging Inequality Programme for staff and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate governance for programme board meetings and related groups, ensuring quality papers and communication.
  • Help develop strategic leadership priorities and action plans, tracking performance.
  • Collaborate with workstreams, including equalities champions and service leaders.
  • Build relationships with staff forums and engage with teams and community partners.
  • Produce concise reports, plans, and communications for various audiences.
  • Support programme development through research and best practices.

Person Specification

  • Experience in project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of equalities issues and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to produce clear project documentation and offer expert advice on equalities.

Work Style: Flexible/Office-Based
