Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Challenging Inequality Programme for staff and stakeholders.
- Coordinate governance for programme board meetings and related groups, ensuring quality papers and communication.
- Help develop strategic leadership priorities and action plans, tracking performance.
- Collaborate with workstreams, including equalities champions and service leaders.
- Build relationships with staff forums and engage with teams and community partners.
- Produce concise reports, plans, and communications for various audiences.
- Support programme development through research and best practices.
- Experience in project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of equalities issues and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to produce clear project documentation and offer expert advice on equalities.
