- Handling consumer queries and troubleshooting as needed.
- Participating in product training workshops and seminars.
- Delivering friendly and informative product presentations.
- Overseeing inventory management.
- Actively contributing to sales, promotional events, and driving activities to boost team morale and productivity.
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Demonstrating regular and punctual attendance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
