About The Role

Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7. Shifts range from 8am to 8pm

Car Park Attendant

OCS are looking for a Car Park Attendant to join the Car Park team at the Bon Accord Centre, Aberdeen.

The main purpose of the role is to assist with the day-to-day operations of the car park, providing customer service to the users of our car parks, ensuring car park cleaning standards are maintained and is a safe environment for all visitors.

Main Duties

  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Using and Maintaining car park database
  • Maintaining cleaning standards within the car park
  • Communicate effectively with all visitors and colleagues
  • Assisting the customer service desk during busy periods
  • Maintaining a safe & friendly environment for all visitors

Candidate Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Approachable & friendly manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Positive & professional attitude
  • To ensure that all clients and customers are dealt with promptly and courteously
