About The Role
Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury cafés and farm shops in London and the Cotswolds are looking for an engaging Café Team Member to join their Brompton Cross team.
You’ll ideally have worked in a restaurant or café setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Café Team Member you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our cliental.
SALARY: £12.43 per hour + tronc
HOURS: Full time (weekend flexibility is a must)

YOUR ROLE
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a café team leader would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given.
- Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential.
