- Drive profitability and cashflow through effective supplier negotiations
- Manage all supply chain change processes
- Elevate our supplier performance and manage supply disruption risk
- Proven procurement experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, numerically astute with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective and positive relationships with key collaborators and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of supply chain management.
- Computer literate, including advanced Excel skills.
- Commercially and financially aware.
