As a key member of our Cell Culture department at the Inchinnan site, you will have the outstanding opportunity to contribute to the outstanding work we do. We are looking for an ambitious Senior QC Technician who is passionate about quality control and developing their cell culture experience. Responsibilities:

• Rotating weekly shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (Week 1) / 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (Week 2)
• Perform raw material and finished good release testing according to standard operating procedures, including multiple cell culture and virology testing methods and cell banking.
• Confidently control laboratory schedules and ensure required tasks are completed on time.
• Support and maintain 5s, safety, environmental, and waste management program.
• Carry out testing related to validation processes, technical investigations, and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and complete product testing as per testing procedures and in accordance with ISO 13485.
• Actively participate in personal development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to Biology or equivalent experience
• Previous experience within a cell culture laboratory or equivalent
• Proficient in both oral and written communication, facilitating successful collaboration with teams of different expertise and effectively conveying findings.
• Strong organisational skills and a dedication to excellence, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all other departments within the operational department and maintain effective communication with external sources.
