About the placement :
At ROCKWOOL UK we are on the lookout for the next generation of talent to join our Undergraduate Placement Programme. We have three amazing opportunities for students who are seeking business placement opportunities during the 25/26 academic year that will give them experience, exposure and insight into the world of work. This is an opportunity for you to be part of a global business that will give you experiences and skills that will be valuable in your future career. This will be a full-time placement that will begin in July 2025 and end in August 2026.

What you will be doing :

What you will be doing :
- Working closely with ROCKWOOL UK employees, management and other key stakeholders to gain work experience and an understanding of a variety of business processes
- Getting exposure to areas including but not limited to operational management, finance, marketing and sales
- Supporting business departments on a variety of business tasks as well as being part of a collaborative project with other undergraduates who are part of the programme
- Ensuring that business activities are conducted in line with “The ROCKWOOL Way”(our values)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve targets and goals
- Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Marketing or other relevant degree
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task a variety of projects
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a team as well as individually
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Experience working with MS Office Packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills
- Must be able to commute daily to the Pencoed office
